A participatory program for the City of Boroondara bringing together local government leaders with community participants to design new ways to deliver innovative services.

Activities included:

• Design of communication and engagement model for cross-community participation
• Workshop for community leaders to frame the process and mobilise support
• Establishment and moderation of ideation platform to capture ideas and encourage discussion
• Social reporting of Community Innovation Tournament event to ensure knowledge capture and sharing of ideas
