ABOUT

The OECD commissioned Cofluence to lead a global, virtual co-design program for a 2-day global event for government in November 2020: ‘Government After Shock‘. Mindful of the crisis that many in government have been immersed during the Covid-19 pandemic, the OECD’s Observatory for Public Sector Innovation (OPSI) with the European Commission is co-convening this gathering to explore new ways of working across all jurisdictions.

The Cofluence team developed and delivered a rapid immersion, virtual co-design program over 12 weeks with more than 100 participants from 40 countries. The goal of the program was to ensure that the initiative delivers a compelling and relevant experience that has been framed collectively from the insights and experience of government leaders, advisors, innovators and practitioners from diverse cultures and perspectives.
