A participatory research and development process to design an e-Cities knowledge network for public organisations across the Asia-Pacific region in partnership with the UN Program Office on Governance. The Cofluence team designed an Asia-Pacific e-Cities knowledge network for the United Nations involving:
- Surveys across the region on e-Government take-up and civic innovation
- Facilitated workshop in Seoul for participants from 13 countries plus UN agencies, including development of high level business case
- Network requirements capture, review and analysis
- 3-year e-Cities strategy including an implementation model and plan for the recommended priority activities
- Presentation of outcomes to international World e-Government Organization conference in Seoul
