OPC+Cofluence was successful in winning the tender to re-design and develop the Australian Small Business & Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO) website website project for the Department of Treasury.

Cofluence led the discovery phase, conducting research with a wide stakeholder group along with IA redesign, a rationalisation of structure and content as well as the development of visual concepts.
